Mike Molinaro

Mike Molinaro is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Metropolitan Opera since June 2025, Mike oversees comprehensive HR strategies while managing collective bargaining agreements. Prior experiences include a Director role at ScottMadden, Inc., where Mike focused on HR transformation for clients in energy, finance, healthcare, and technology, and an Executive Advisor position at HRISON Advisors, specializing in HR projects and change management. Mike has also held senior leadership roles such as Chief Transformation & Operations Officer at Barclays, where a global HR operations transformation was executed, and Senior Vice President, HR Operations at Meggitt, where HR services for 12,000 employees were unified. Academic qualifications include a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and a BS in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
