Jennifer Beltran Winkin

Jennifer Beltran Winkin is an experienced booking and talent management professional with a diverse background in the performing arts and events industry. Currently serving as Booking Manager for Wintrust Arena & Arie Crown Theater at MPEA since July 2025, Jennifer has previously held similar roles at Oak View Group and ASM Global. Prior experience includes positions as Talent Buyer at The Den Theatre Chicago and Auditorium Theatre, and the Director of Group Sales and Special Events at Helium and Goodnights Comedy Clubs. Notably, Jennifer has a rich history with The Second City’s UP Comedy Club, where skills in contract negotiations and talent management were honed. Jennifer's earlier roles span event planning and management at J.C. Restoration, Gotham Comedy Club, and Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Dance from The University of Kansas.
