Alistair Bates has over a decade of experience in digital forensics and IT systems development, currently serving as the Head of IT Systems Development at the Metropolitan Police since July 2011. In various leadership roles, Alistair has been instrumental in knowledge management, training, and strategic oversight of digital forensic capabilities, particularly within the Digital, Cyber, and Communications forensics unit.
