Kent McFadzien is a Senior Analyst at the Metropolitan Police since September 2023, having previously served as Research Manager at the Cambridge Centre for Evidence-Based Policing from July 2018 to September 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Resident Scholar at the Jerry Lee Centre for Experimental Criminology from October 2014 to September 2018 and as a Police Constable with New Zealand Police from April 2008 to October 2014. Kent McFadzien worked as a Research Consultant for the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service in early 2014. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) candidacy in Fraud & Financial Crime Analysis from the University of Cambridge, as well as various postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in criminology, forensic science, contemporary policing, and statistics and biology.
