Kevin Palmer

Kevin Palmer has extensive experience in communications and multimedia design, currently serving as Marketing Specialist and Manager of Internal Communications for the Metropolitan Police Department (DC) since February 2003. In this role, Kevin develops complex communications to support the mission of the Chief of Police and the Department, including writing, editing, and designing a daily newsletter for over 4,800 members. Previous experience includes managing communications as Board Member and Secretary with doingsomething, serving as Multimedia Designer for Vistronix and Advanced Management Technology, Inc. (AMTI), and overseeing the Publications Department as Production Manager at KENROB. Kevin holds a Certificate in Publications Management/Graphic Design from The George Washington University, a Bachelor of Arts with dual concentrations in English and Fine Arts from William & Mary, and a high school diploma from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science & Technology.
