Sarah Morgan-Palmer

Sarah Morgan-Palmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, assessment, and marketing. Currently serving as a Senior & Executive Assessor at the College of Policing since February 2019, Sarah collaborates with senior policing leaders to oversee candidate selection for high-ranking positions. Additionally, Sarah holds roles as an Associate Consultant at Amberjack Global and as an Associate Assessor at TMP Worldwide and Pertemps Professional Development. Sarah has worked with the Metropolitan Police since April 2018, managing assessment centers and recruitment processes. With a strong foundation in marketing and consultancy developed over decades, including positions as Director of Marketing for Anthony Alan Foods Ltd and Board Director at TBWA Payne Stracey, Sarah's educational background includes a BA Honours in Business Studies with Spanish from the University of Greenwich and various certifications in coaching and counseling.
