Serena Ferris is currently serving as a Case Manager for the Collisions Investigation and Prosecution Team at the Metropolitan Police since January 2023. Prior to this role, Serena gained extensive experience at Sainsbury's over a decade, holding various management positions, including General Merchandise and Clothing Manager, Customer Experience Manager, and Department Manager in Training. Additionally, Serena worked as an EPOS Field Trainer, responsible for training staff on a new electronic point-of-sale system. Earlier career experience includes a role as Senior Midday Supervisor at St Anselms Catholic School, overseeing and managing the welfare of young children. Serena attended Cator Park and Cator Park for Girls for education.
