Jaiden Reaves is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Community Relations Intern at Wisconsin Athletics, where involvement with 800 student-athletes fosters community engagement and support through coordinated charitable projects and content creation. With extensive experience as a Dance Teacher at Metropolitan School of the Arts, Jaiden develops personalized relationships with students and facilitates diverse dance curricula. Previous roles include Community Engagement Intern at Pacers Sports & Entertainment, where Jaiden organized events and community programs, and Mentorship Programs Intern at WSB Multicultural Center, aiding in the development of peer mentorship initiatives. Jaiden is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Wisconsin School of Business, focusing on Marketing, Human Resources and Management, along with a Certificate in Sports Communication.

They offer classes and lessons in dance, theater,and music for students of all ages after school as part of their recreational and pre-professional non-competitive arts training program.
