Pat Silberman

As Director of Operations, Pat Silberman ensures performance standards and customer commitments are met. He oversees the company's daily activities, ensures best practices are implemented and assists other CSD staff members in order to increase efficiency and overall success. Pat also supports the branches' continued progress as the Director of Operations.

A leader with Walden Security since 2014, Pat's contributions span all areas of operations, including compliance, personnel management, cost efficiency and customer relations. In his most recent role as Senior Operations Manager of the Chattanooga Branch, Pat oversaw all dedicated account managers and the 24/7 field supervision team. Most notably, Pat beta-tested and subsequently trained several Operations Managers throughout the company on a proprietary officer scheduling verification procedure. To stay informed on industry standards, he is an active ASIS International Tri-State Chapter member.
