As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Scott Cochran brings more than 20 years of financial experience and knowledge to the position. Scott oversees all aspects of the company's accounting operations for commercial and Federal Services Divisions, including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, financial reporting, cash flow management and budget. He also focuses on developing procedures designed to achieve corporate growth and profitability goals.
