Chinthana Prasad is the Head of Business Development - Digitalization at Metropolitan Group of Companies since July 2021. Before this role, Chinthana worked as a Service Delivery Manager at IFS Sri Lanka from October 2020 to June 2021, ensuring high-quality deliveries and customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Chinthana was an IT Systems & Software Support Specialist at Metropolitan Group of Companies for the National Drivers License Project in Sri Lanka, from December 2011 to October 2020. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology, Chinthana has a strong background in digital transformation, IT systems management, and service delivery.
