Kalum Disnaka

Kalum Disnaka has extensive work experience in human resources and administration. Kalum is currently serving as the Senior Vice President - Group Human Resource at Metropolitan Group of Companies since October 2022. Before that, they worked as the Cluster Director of People and Culture at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas from September 2015 to September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Group HR at Delmege Group from May 2012 to August 2015. Kalum also worked as the Head of Human Resources at Suntel Ltd from April 2006 to April 2012, and as the Manager of Human Resources & Administration at Nilkamal Eswaran Plastics (Pvt) Ltd from July 2005 to March 2006.

Kalum Disnaka received a Bsc (HRM) degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in 1997-2001. Kalum later pursued an Msc (Mgt) degree in Human Resources Management from the same university in 2004-2008.
