Charles Kibort

Charles Kibort, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources Operations and Strategy at Metropolitan State University of Denver since February 2023, where strategic oversight and leadership in human resources are provided to attract, reward, and retain top talent. Prior to this role, Charles spent over two decades at Janus Henderson Investors, ascending through various leadership positions including Global Head of Talent Management, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, development, and diversity initiatives. Charles' extensive career in human resources began at GreenPoint Bank, managing comprehensive HR functions across numerous branches. Charles holds a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Economics and Political Science from Queens College.
