Fabiola Mora

Fabiola Mora serves as the IDEA Director at the Denver Public Library since October 2024 and has been an Affiliate Faculty member in Gender, Women, and Sexuality Studies at Metropolitan State University of Denver since August 2016. With a strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion, Fabiola has held roles such as Senior Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant at the University of Colorado Boulder and Director of the Academic Advancement Center at Colorado State University. Previous positions include Assistant Director for Advising & Student Success and Academic Support Coordinator at Western Washington University. Fabiola's educational qualifications include a PhD in Education and Human Resource Studies with a focus on Higher Education Leadership from Colorado State University, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado.
