Megan Lazorski is a highly accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in chemistry education and research. As the Founder and Co-Director of the Postbaccalaureate Bridge Programs and an Assistant Professor at Metropolitan State University of Denver since August 2017, Megan has instructed various chemistry courses, integrated problem-solving sessions, and managed a research group focused on 3D printable materials and donor-acceptor molecules. In addition to teaching, Megan has held positions at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory as a Joint Appointee, conducting research on manganese(IV)oxo complexes and developing STEM programs for underrepresented groups. Other roles include serving as an Expert Witness for Springer & Steinberg, a Visiting Assistant Professor at Claremont McKenna College, and a Postdoctoral Research Scholar at North Carolina State University. Megan holds a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from Colorado State University and a BA in Chemistry and Studio Art from The College of Wooster.
