Micah Battson, PhD, is an accomplished academic currently serving as an Associate Professor at Metropolitan State University of Denver since August 2019, following a role as an Assistant Professor and Affiliate Instructor in the same institution. With a robust background in nutrition and human health, Micah has experience teaching foundational courses, such as NUT 2040 - Introduction to Nutrition.
