Selene Figueroa

Selene Figueroa currently serves as the Director of Donor Relations at Metropolitan State University of Denver, a position held since January 2024. Selene is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Podium Consulting LLC, which supports educational institutions, non-profits, and debate teams with equitable programming, board and fundraising structure advice, and coaching. Previous roles include DEI Engagement Director at Girl Scouts of Colorado, Program Coordinator and Specialist at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Annual Giving and Events Manager at Child Advocates-Denver CASA, and Program Manager at the Denver Urban Debate League. Early in the career, Selene contributed as an Operations Associate and Teaching Fellow at Generation Teach and worked as a Legal Assistant at Carmenate Law, where responsibilities included translating legal documents and managing office tasks. Selene holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Society from the University of Denver.
