Faisal Kaleem

Faisal Kaleem is a distinguished academic and executive in the fields of computer science and cybersecurity, currently serving as a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Cybersecurity at Metropolitan State University since July 2014, while also acting as Executive Director at MN Cyber since January 2018. With a rich background in teaching and consultancy, Faisal has held various faculty positions at leading institutions including the University of Minnesota and Florida International University, where responsibilities included course development in engineering and information technology. Alongside academic pursuits, Faisal has been actively involved in technology consulting since 1999, providing specialized training in networking, programming, and information security. Faisal's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Wireless Communication from Florida International University, complemented by a Master's in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology.
