Joseph Ellis

Joseph Ellis, MBA, serves as the Board Chair of SD Group since 2020, overseeing a conglomerate of four privately held companies valued at over $400 million. Additionally, Ellis is an Independent Board Director at CTS and an Advisory Council Member with Harvard Business Review, contributing to strategic governance and advisory roles. Previously held positions include U.S. Co-Head of the Millennial Segment at Wells Fargo, where annual EBITDA increased significantly under Ellis's leadership, and various strategic roles in the Merchant Services Segment.
