Rich Harrison is a Lead Product Designer and Strategist and Founder at Luminous Design LLC, specializing in scalable and compliant UX/UI solutions for the MedTech and FinTech sectors since November 2021. Rich leads cross-functional teams to develop evidence-based outcomes that address user needs and business objectives. In addition to this role, Rich serves as Community Faculty (Adjunct) at Metro State University, where courses in Technical Communication and Interaction Design are developed and instructed. Past experience includes work with Fathom Consulting in partnership with Medtronic, as well as positions at U.S. Bank, where Rich held roles from UX Architect to UX Consultant. Rich has also contributed to the UXPA Minnesota as a Board Member and Mentor, and has held various UX design positions across multiple organizations. Rich holds a Master's degree in Technical Communication and a Graduate Certificate in the Design of User Experience from Metro State University.
