Tanya Freedland

Tanya Freedland is the Founder and CEO of ARCS Institute, a position held since April 2020. In addition, Tanya serves as Community Faculty at Metro State University since August 2021 and recently held the role of Market Entry Manager at Kyros from June 2023 to August 2024. Prior to these roles, Tanya was the Associate Director of Training and Research at the Center for Practice Transformation from November 2022 to June 2023 and worked there previously as a Clinical Trainer & Research Associate from October 2015 to September 2022. Early career experiences include a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota from February 2014 to October 2015, a Counselor at Minnesota Alternatives, LLC from January 2015 to September 2015, and a Clinical Resources Coordinator/Counselor at Effective Living Center Inc. between January 2012 and January 2015. Tanya holds a Master of Professional Studies in Integrated Behavioral Health, a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Behavioral Health, a Certificate in Applied Business, and a Certificate in Addiction Studies, all from the University of Minnesota.
