Sunny Ray

Sunny Ray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, operations management, and change management across various sectors, including healthcare and education. Currently serving as the Director of Practice Operations at Minnesota Oncology since June 2025, Sunny also functions as a Senior Community Faculty member at Metropolitan State University, teaching online Project Management courses. Prior roles include Principal Consultant at Slalom, where key projects involved program management and change management for major organizations, and significant contributions to Ecolab's Global PMO. Sunny has a strong background in developing change management strategies, facilitating enterprise initiatives, and coaching practitioners, bolstered by a Master of Business Administration from Metro State University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota.
