Nigel Evans

Nigel Evans is an experienced property and building surveyor with over two decades in the industry. Currently serving as Regional Property Manager at Metropolitan Thames Valley since September 2020, Nigel has previously held roles including Senior Building Surveyor at CS2 Chartered Surveyors and Principal Surveyor at Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure. Earlier positions include Building Surveyor (Property Contract Supervisor) at Home Group and Asset Manager at Richmond Housing Partnership. Nigel holds a Diploma in Management Studies from Kingston-upon-Thames Business School and Bachelor's degrees in Building Surveying from London South Bank University and Economics from The University of Hull. Nigel's educational journey began at King Edward VI Grammar School in Chelmsford, Essex.
