Obehi Akojie

Obehi Akojie, PE, is a Railway Signal Engineer at the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County since December 2022. Prior to this role, Akojie worked at Siemens from August 2010 to December 2022, holding various positions including Solutions Engineer, Senior Solutions Engineer, Product Engineer, and System Design Engineer. Responsibilities encompassed systems design, analysis, validation, and verification, alongside providing technical support and training to clients. Akojie also participated in hardware/software R&D, developed test procedures and plans, and authored formal technical documentation. Akojie holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville, completed in 2010 and 2009, respectively.
