Bruce Neiger

Bruce Neiger is a seasoned professional in systems engineering and business analysis with extensive experience in the transportation sector. Currently serving as Systems Engineering Manager at New York City Transit since February 2011, Bruce previously held roles at MTA Headquarters and Parsons, where responsibilities included systems analysis, software process oversight, and environmental assessments. Bruce began a career as a Jr. Engineer at Urbitran and progressed to Environmental Analyst at McKeown & Franz, Inc. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, where studies were completed between 1982 and 1986.
