David Soliman

David Soliman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and operational management, currently serving as the Vice President of Facilities in the Department of Subways at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority since September 2011. In this role, David oversees the day-to-day operations and financial aspects of a substantial office space portfolio, including a major Class A office building in downtown NYC. Prior to this, David worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Toys R Us, developing financial forecasts and cost-saving initiatives, and as a Financial Analyst at Key Food Stores Co-Operative, where responsibilities included market trend analysis and budget management. Academically, David holds a Master's degree in Transportation Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and dual Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Business Management and Finance & Economics from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.
