Donequa Sougrin

Donequa Sougrin is currently the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, where Donequa manages the top of funnel hiring process for various organizations. Prior to their current role, Donequa held recruiting positions at Meta and Facebook, where Donequa supported hiring for specific departments and led recruitment efforts. With a background in recruitment and talent acquisition, Donequa also has experience in training and development roles at companies such as Phaidon International and PearlCare Search Group. Donequa holds a Master of Arts in Adult Learning and Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University.
