Jolyon Handler

Jolyon Handler is an experienced professional currently serving as the Sr. Vice President, Penn Station Program Executive at the State of New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority since November 2019, overseeing significant projects such as the Penn Station East End Gateway and LIRR Concourse. Prior to this role, Jolyon was the Sr. Vice President of Contract Administration at Empire State Development from December 2016 to November 2019. Jolyon's career includes a lengthy tenure at Columbia University in the City of New York, where from January 2009 to December 2016, Jolyon held positions as Director of Procurement and Project Administration and Director of Project Administration, managing substantial contract and budget responsibilities as well as compliance and procurement processes. Jolyon earned a Masters of Public Administration with a focus on Advanced Management and Finance from Columbia University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brandeis University.
