Jordan Alexander is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transportation and customer service. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Products & Technology for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority's OMNY project, Jordan oversees the design and development of a next-generation fare payment system. Jordan has held various positions within the MTA, focusing on customer experience, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements, including significant contributions to recovery efforts post-Hurricane Sandy. Prior roles include leadership within the Union Settlement Association and the ML Rogers Agency, supplemented by a Master of Public Administration in Urban Policy and Public Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Vassar College.
