Liam O'Connell is a Project Manager Trainee at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, focused on Capital Strategy & Planning since July 2023. Previously, Liam served as an Urban Fellow at the New York City Department of Transportation, where efforts centered on researching curb management and micromobility policies. Experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University and a Visitor Experience Facilitator at the New York Transit Museum, where contributions involved enhancing visitor resources and streamlining experiences.
