Marge Ginsburg

Marge Ginsburg currently serves as the Deputy Chief Technology Officer at the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority, a position held since July 2020. Prior roles include President of MCG Services, where program transformation leadership and business process re-engineering were key responsibilities, and Senior Vice President at Spruce Technology, Inc., overseeing IT transformation for a major NYC agency. Ginsburg has also acted as President of NYC Technology Development Corporation, providing management consulting for critical IT projects. Earlier experience includes various leadership and executive roles at IBM and Siemens, focusing on business development and mobile infrastructure strategy.
