Meena Rajeev

Meena Rajeev is an accomplished leader in technology and systems development, currently serving as Deputy Chief Officer at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority since January 2019. With a noteworthy track record in optimizing and modernizing processes, Meena has spearheaded initiatives such as the overhaul of the recruitment pipeline, implementation of omni-channel contact centers utilizing Salesforce and Genesys, and automation of fare collection systems. Prior to MTA, Meena held significant roles including Senior Manager at Telephonics Corporation, where responsibilities included leading cloud implementations and driving business development strategies. Meena's expertise extends through various industries, with a strong foundation in ERP implementations, governance processes, and continuous improvement.
