Selina Storz

Selina Storz, Esq. has substantial experience in transaction management and security analysis within the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). Currently serving as Senior Deputy Director of Transaction Management, Selina Storz negotiates and prepares a variety of commercial contracts, leases, and other instruments to support development activities for MTA agencies. Previous roles include Transportation Security Analyst and Security Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed supporting security programs, maintaining databases, and conducting internal control audits. Selina Storz also has a background in real estate transactions as a paralegal. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies/Business from St. John's University.
