Debbie Fenn has extensive experience in the field of information technology and project management, currently serving as the Director of IT Business Systems and the Director of Project Management at Metropolitan Utilities District since 2005. Additionally, Debbie was the Vice President of Finance for the PMI Heartland Chapter from 2010 to 2012. Debbie Fenn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
