Paul McGinlay

Paul McGinlay has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Paul worked at Smart DCC as the Director of Data Analytics & Strategic Operations starting from September 2022. Prior to that, they held leadership positions at Openreach, including Director, North of England - Service Delivery, where they led a large operational field engineering team and was responsible for regional operational teams. Paul also served as the General Manager North East - Service Delivery, overseeing the delivery of key performance metrics and ensuring quality and safety standards. As a Senior Project Manager - Transformation, they successfully led and delivered various transformation programs. Earlier in their career at BT, they held the role of Head of Reporting and Analysis, playing a critical role in delivering performance reports and statistical information. Paul also served as a Senior Operations Manager - Scotland and a Service Delivery Manager, leading field services teams and ensuring operational excellence.

Paul McGinlay completed an Executive Leadership Programme in Organizational Leadership at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Business from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2012.
