Eric Gibbons, P.E., MBA, is a seasoned Senior Design Engineer at the Metropolitan Utilities District since May 2008, where notable contributions include significantly increasing the gas design team's output from $4.5 million in 2014 to $17 million. In previous roles, Eric developed critical processes to address cross bores in the natural gas industry and led community outreach initiatives as the Director of Scheduling, becoming an accomplished public speaker with over 100 hours of presentations. Prior to this, Eric served as Engineering Manager at Carlson Systems Engineering, overseeing teams of engineers and technical staff. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
