Taylor Williams

Taylor Williams is a dedicated veterinary professional currently serving as a Small Animal Intern/Preceptor at Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital since June 2023. With ongoing education as a Veterinary Medicine Student at the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine, Taylor has accumulated diverse hands-on experience in various roles, including a Veterinary extern at the Wildlife Center of Virginia and a Veterinary Preceptorship at Fossil Rim Wildlife Center, where expertise in nondomestic animal medicine and conservation was developed. Previous experiences range from assisting in wildlife rehabilitation and veterinary support roles to direct patient care and treatments, showcasing a strong commitment to animal welfare and medical practice. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from Wingate University and is on track to earn a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree.
