Crystal Newcombe Nosal

Crystal Newcombe Nosal has extensive experience in media relations and public information, currently serving in a media relations role at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority since April 2022. Prior to this, Crystal was the Assistant Director of Media Relations at The George Washington University, where responsibilities included leading communications during the university's COVID-19 pandemic response. Crystal held the position of Senior Public Safety Information Officer with the City of Alexandria, Virginia, significantly increasing social media engagement. Previous roles include background investigator at OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation, public affairs specialist at the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, and public information officer with the Arlington County Police Department. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Mary Baldwin University and is a certified police officer.
