Donald Laffert

Donald Laffert has extensive experience in procurement and contract management, currently serving as the Procurement Director- Revenue at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority since 2015. In this role, Donald leads a team supporting key executives, including the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this position, Donald served as a Contracts Manager, overseeing procurement and contract management for various departments. Donald's previous experience includes serving as Chief Counsel for Contracts & Procurement and in roles such as Associate General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority from 1994 to 2014. Educational credentials include a JD from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a BA in History & Political Science from Southern Methodist University.
