Michael Biggs

Michael Biggs currently serves as the Senior Contracting Officer's Technical Representative III and Project Manager III at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, where responsibilities include leading a team on diverse projects focused on modernization, sustainability, and complex contract management. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Executive Director and Airport Manager at Pittsburgh Butler Regional Airport, overseeing economic development and strategic planning while liaising with the Board of Commissioners.
