Rachel N. Redmond, B.Arch, MPS, LEED AP, currently serves as the Facilities Asset Management Program Manager and Airport - Airspace Planner at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority since July 2023. Previously, Rachel worked as an Architectural Project Manager (Senior Airport Planner) and Airport Planner at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport from October 2021 to June 2023, and as an Airports District Office (ADO) Intern for the Federal Aviation Administration for a brief period in 2021. Rachel gained initial experience as an Architectural Designer I at EXP and contributed as a Project Designer at Page Southerland Page, Inc., where work involved the Howard Forward Master Plan for Howard University. Education includes a Master of Professional Studies in Urban & Regional Planning from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Howard University, along with a Study Abroad Program in Architecture from the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia.
