Prior to this role, Dwyer worked as a Senior Resident Engineer at Infrastructure Engineering, Inc. and held significant positions at d'Escoto, Inc., HNTB, and URS Corporation, showcasing expertise in construction management and project oversight. Ralph Dwyer holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, earned between 1973 and 1977, and completed secondary education at Jesuit High School in New Orleans from 1968 to 1973.
