William Caldwell

William (Randy) Caldwell, CEBS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, GRP, CMS, is a Compensation and Benefits Manager at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority since May 2017, overseeing the development and implementation of compensation policies and employee benefits programs. Previously, Caldwell served as a Human Resource Executive at the United States Postal Service for 36 years, where responsibilities included managing a nationwide employment law service center and collaborating with senior management on Diversity, Inclusion, and Social Impact training. Earlier roles also encompassed District Human Resource Manager and Executive District Manager, where Caldwell handled collective bargaining agreements, recruitment, personnel programs, and operational management across multiple locations.
