Tom Hacker has extensive experience in emergency planning with the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago since June 2022. Concurrently, Tom has held multiple roles at Chicago's First Lady Cruises since June 2006, including Captain, Company Security Officer, and Deputy Director of Vessel Operations. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northern Illinois University, completed in 2010, and also completed U.S.C.G. Master 100 ton training at Maritime Professional Training in 2010, specializing in Maritime Studies.
