Andrew Buckingham

Andrew Buckingham is a Full Stack Developer at MetroStar, with extensive experience in various roles within software development and education. Prior to their current position, Andrew served as a Springboard Software Engineering Fellow, completing an intensive program focused on web development and programming technologies. As a co-founder and Ruby on Rails Developer at Eight KM, Andrew implemented automated testing processes and led a team of volunteer developers. Andrew's earlier roles include serving as a Software Support Analyst at UMKC Instructional Technologies, where responsibilities included managing the Blackboard Database and supervising the call center, along with previous experience as a Blackboard Technical Support and English Instructor. Andrew holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis on Asian Studies from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and an A.A. from Metropolitan Community Colleges.
