Thomas Martwinski

Thomas Martwinski has a strong background in executive leadership and operations. Thomas currently works as the Sr. Director of Operations at MetroStar Systems, where they utilize their skills in strategic planning and implementation to help clients achieve their goals. Prior to this, they served as the COO at Novation Networks, overseeing various aspects such as program management, contracts management, and finance. Thomas also held the position of COO at InScope International for almost a decade, focusing on client delivery, employee development, and corporate strategy. Before that, Thomas worked as a Director at Lockheed Martin, managing a $70 million line of business. Thomas began their career as the Vice President of Management System Designers, where they played a pivotal role in the company's growth and success.

Thomas Martwinski holds a Master of Science degree in Information Management from Marymount University, which they obtained in 2000. Prior to that, they completed their MBA in Business at Marymount University in 1999. In 1985, they graduated from Westminster College (PA) with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. Thomas Martwinski also has a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in October 2015.
