Irina N.

Irina N. has a strong background in people operations and human resources. Irina currently holds the position of Director, People Operations at Illumio since December 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Global People Operations at Intercom from July 2019 to December 2023. Irina also gained experience as a Manager, People Operations at Stitch Fix from February 2018 to July 2019. Irina started their career at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, where they worked as a Paralegal/HR Immigration Specialist from March 2007 to July 2010.
