Tim Marcinowski

Tim Marcinowski is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of Open Source Solutions at MetroStar, where responsibilities include collaborating with internal solution teams to enhance open source technologies for clients. Previously, Tim founded Perlogix, which was acquired by MetroStar in 2023. Tim's experience also includes roles as a Technology Fellow at Capital One, where Tim led the development of RESTful APIs recognized for design and performance, and as a Technical Solutions Engineer at Puppet, where Tim contributed to generating significant sales revenue. Tim has a strong background in cloud computing, having held positions at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and FINRA, where Tim was instrumental in adopting AWS and managing high-volume transactions. Tim’s early career includes founding Rocket to Cloud and serving in the US Navy. Tim holds a Vocational-Technical Certificate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Schuylkill Technology Centers-North Camp.
