Ladislav Profota

Ladislav Profota is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and financial management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Metrostav a.s. since 2019, Ladislav also contributes as a member of the Scientific Board at the Faculty of Business Administration at Vysoká škola ekonomická v Praze. Additionally, Ladislav has held the position of Chairman of the Management Board at Česká asociace pro finanční řízení (CAFIN) since 2010 and served as an executive at Controller Institut Praha from 2010 to 2019. Earlier in career, Ladislav co-founded and took an executive role at Top Vision from 2001 to 2009 and founded POINT Consulting, where an executive position was held from 1997 to 2009. Ladislav holds a degree in Podniková ekonomika a management from Prague University of Economics and Business, awarded between 1992 and 1997.
