Šárka Dalecká

Šárka Dalecká is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in personnel management and organizational development. Currently serving as HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Metrostav a.s. since April 2014, Šárka specializes in talent management, employee motivation, and the establishment of effective employee selection systems. Previously, as Human Resources Manager and Head of Administrative Department at PREFA PRAHA a.s. from January 2005 to October 2013, Šárka defined personnel policies and managed HR operations. Additional experience includes HR consultancy, payroll management, and various administrative roles since the early 1990s. Šárka holds an Ing. degree from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague and has a solid foundation in HR practices and strategic planning.
